By accessing or using FindMe Photo ("the Service") at www.findme.photo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FindMe Photo is a photo management and facial recognition platform that allows photographers to upload event photos and guests to find photos of themselves using selfie-based facial recognition technology. The Service is provided by Venture Success USA.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
- Use facial recognition to identify individuals without their consent
- Circumvent any security or access controls
- Distribute malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
- Collect or harvest user data without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant FindMe Photo a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Our Platform: The FindMe Photo platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Venture Success USA and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
6. Facial Recognition and Biometric Data
The Service uses facial recognition technology to match selfies to event photos. By using the facial recognition features, you consent to the processing of biometric data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Photographers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from event attendees before enabling facial recognition for their events.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees as they become due
- Provide accurate billing information
- Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURE SUCCESS USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
